Knowing yourself requires that you trust that you have the capabilities to figure things out without going to others for advice after you've made a decision that you believe works for you. That doesn't mean that you should never ask others for second opinions. It means that you shouldn't discredit your experiences and rely on someone else that you respect simply because that person is more experienced. Experience is a result of action. The more you do, the more you learn.
NO ONE KNOWS EVERYTHING not even the "experts." I had to come to terms with myself and realize that truth. We're all trying to get our lives together one day at a time. When you believe that you're not enough, doubt takes a first class seat in your mind. According to what standard are you not enough? Give your all and if that doesn't measure up to someone else's standards, that has absolutely nothing to do with you. Acknowledge when you've done your best and leave it there.
